here we are in England (not in the European Union :-), I am thinking it is

not far from Ipswich? There is Hemley and the Newbourne Estate :-)

Yes, it's Suffolk, I have a big old printing block and had to make use of it somehow.

Note it's not a Royal Mail stamp, but a tourist stamp from Oxford issued by 'Universal Mail' which is valid for international postcards only.
