Happy New Year everyone! For this first blog post of 2017 here is an impressive accordion book from Dean Marks. It contains all sorts of surprising objects such an enamelled earring, buttons, an electronic circuit, a cd, stamps from all over the world, a ballon and more. All of this is combined into intricate collages in the true spirit of Dada.
Moreover, it's incredible it could fit inside one small envelope. There's a note inside explaining how it's all the same price to send from 21 to 100 grams. Dean managed to make the most out of the money spent on postage stamps. That's the spirit!

I have that odd box too! Recently, the clerks at the local post office started collecting some nice garbage for me, like old stamps, cardboard boxes and stuff, so I can do my craft. They seem to enjoy mail art very much, so fun (:
Happy it arrived. Now that the box is empty, I'll have to start collecting again. ha ha The box is always full. I have to force myself to throw most of it away. Funny how you have an idea when you put the images in the box, only to find the idea is gone when you get around to using the images.
Thanks for the wonderful blog, and a very nice comment.
Fantastic, Dean!
