Hamburg bottle caps, crushed cans, reptile, rope, dark pink O's, toothbrush--you name it

From Erni Bar, of course, but even extra variety: Cameras in Maine don't like close-ups. Will Erni kindly include in a comment his photo of ALL the bottle caps laid out plainly and beautifully? It's posted now at the E.B. Fan Club, and quite wonderful.

We also have an apparently unused (so far) toothbrush and two pinkish red O's, plastic, that are sort of reminiscent of licorice possibly from the late 1960s film "Mondo Trasho," except that they have quite a grand presence in real life: Thank you, Erni! Included in the package also was a box of Apfel Keks (Eat Art), to be blogged separately.

All righty, then, I won't use it, but have never seen a used toothbrush looking so unused. You just never know how people around the world will treat their toothbrushes while functional. Who will launch a study? Every now and then I think to replace Phil's toothbrush with a new one, but usually by the time it's noticed the old toothbrush, while clean, has several horizontal bristles. Detective TV shows say you can tell if a suspect is left- or right-handed by the teeth, because (for instance) a left-hander's right-side teeth will be more thoroughly brushed (perhaps even damaged). The opposite side not-purposely gets more attention. But I digress.

Wonderful bottle caps and cans --
