From Katerina Nicoltsou and Georgia Grigoriadou

I KNOW these two are enjoying sun and sand - aside from telling us so - their work LOOKS like it!  This is one lady on IUOMA that I KNOW heart matters to.  MomKat is supportive of everyone, sends out work like a MACHINE and collaboratives with a giving spirit ALL THE TIME!! The heart is an asemic matter too for sure - we unconsciously write on it and into it ALL  the time. A tablet of living flesh. Thats what this looks like.

Stamps of every sort, tonal blues of a very recognizable Greek sky palette.  My Greek Column is growing again I am pleased to announce - thank you MomKat - your asemic # 3 contribution - GREAT also - thank you for stepping in - as DVS said a while back - collaborations are NOT the same without a bit of you :-) X

Georgia is not part of the Asemic project but I can see she is experimenting with this medium - with FAB success. This stab-bound booklet is a joy.  Stamps, collage and asemics on buff sugar paper with marginalia - its a  beauty for sure.

Writing like birds in flight sweep through Georgia's unconscious, taking me places that only books have the power to do.  Georgia was skin diving during the holidays. And now she's taking me book diving. THANK YOU!

AND - a card from Georgia's Face Project which we all know so well. Old Blue Eyes. The King for a Day.

Thank you  both - MAN!! I'm chuffed :-) XX

Well this must be a breakaway troop, I have also caught them ripping up mail from my postbox and scattering it around the garden.... rogue monkeys with big blue balls. THEY are the scary ones.

That's scary Lesley. In our version of the story, the monkeys were trained to make mail-art. Then they were dispersed across globe, seeking materials to make collages. I think one of the Lost Tribes has found you. They would be a natural for Trashpo.

DVS this looks like the view from my kitchen window, those monkeys think they own this place! They were in my dustbin earlier, searching for trash for DK and Nancy.....

Yes Cheryl, perhaps it is wise to steer clear of the monkeys for now. The new "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" is disturbingly similar to the Monkey Purge.

Can I opt for the dog option rather? Or wild horses. Preferably the latter. Despite all evidence to the contrary monkeys dont pull in the same direction.

And I would dearly like to see those monkeys pull Cheryl on a dog sled through the tundra.

Where Marie goes, Grigori seems to follow: Tokyo, Alsace, Prague... perhaps now a Greek Adventure for Cherry Blossom, Mail-Art Secret Agent, International Chick of Mystery, and Scientific Genius

Aha! that's even better, Sloan:

you come too to Greece , along with Marie, and bring Grigori (who knows Greek) and Dark Wall.

The SA connection should be arriving one day soon, too. We can have a PARTY! (with or without Elvis)

OPA!

You know you're welcome here anytime Kat, especially on your journeys to Illusion (Illinois). You know you need to schedule your trip carefully. If it's too far into winter - you will have to attach those Greek cats to a dog sled to traverse the glacial ice. Thanks again for all you do!

You lot - I haven't given up on next summer under MomKats olive tree!!! Maybe Grigori could come too. Every party needs Elvis :-) X
