From South Africa....Cheryl Penn's Art

I've been looking forward to getting mail from Cheryl. She sent me a note with the piece but I very often can't read cursive so you guys can have at it, I love pieces with fiber a lot. always have. That's probably why I put cords on many of my own works.Cheryl's piece is about Pollack and IS wonderful!

Comment by cheryl penn on September 21, 2010 at 5:37pm: The note reads: Photograph still of Pollock movie/ sewing - it was a photograph I took from a movie Pollock made about his work - he painted on glass with the camera underneath - as I am sure you all know!! ANYWAY, he dictated the sewing as it follows his strokes - even from the grave his painting marks are dictating art. The rest I'll leave for another day - maybe!
