I received mail art from M. Mouser in NY yesterday Thank you. surprised that it says a free matter for the blind (no postage stamp)

Tomoe, that is so nice of you! If you would like I can send you a bigger envelope with all the proper symbols and a typed address. I wasn’t sure who that I sent Braille Letters to would be interested in participating and didn’t want to try to make specific ones for the different countries.  I would love to correspond with you, and I know Japan is very particular, but also they honor Blind Literature post especially well.

Ok I will try something tactile or write something readable large letters. (I don’t use a computer now so will write by hand large) I can’t make it bulky because that makes a mail person wonder about the contents and I need to type address on tablet as with their regulation. The return envelope you provided is not a standard size for international letter to send from Japan so I will use the envelope that it’s the size and paste your envelope. 

note that I send mail art slow and little by little and I am still sending back of incoming in last July, so it will take time to get back to you.

Excited that you got it! You should be able to send me a tactile or printed large print, 14pt font, back to me in the envelope without adding postage.
