Comment by chris wells on April 2, 2016 at 3:16pm: The postmark over the canceled stamps is unfortunately faded beyond legibility. I see black circles and that's about it. But on the plus side, we have no reason to believe the postmark was not intended to read 29 Feb 2016. :)
