From Angie Cope: It's not a fake...it's a cut-up!

Beautiful mail art card came from Angie and it is a "part-of-the-whole".

She had a large painting which she cut-up, and this card is 1/6th of it.

I am reminded of the "massacre of the innocent images" by Cheryl Penn,

who also cuts up her paintings into postcard size and sends them off-into-the-world!

Very nice details and colors...combination of line and form. Texture super, too!

'Love this, Angie! Thanks so much xxx

Have more "pretty good stuff" to blog yet, it has been a good week! What is happening, David, is the the Greek Post has cut-back on deliveries because they fired half their post persons. My postman comes usually only on Tuesdays and Thursdays now, as he is sent elsewhere on the other days. Poor guy.

So when he comes, he has a big bundle for MomKat! Yay! And I agree, the mail art is FAB!

Beautiful! and I love the idea of cutting up a single painting into several entities to mail. Is it on canvas paper?
