Human beeing is still part of nature and whatever political leaders suggest, it is leaded by nature always.

In times of deconstruction (world markets, globalisation, people movement) the world switch from one relative balance in another balance. The natural biologic development in such systems is to do it in a chaotic way always. In these chaotic times of deconstruction people fall-back in archaic behaviour. In times of information overflow they will lost parts of their communication. Non-verbal forms will rise up.

El semaforo de la emocion is a tool to communicate without words. Place it on your desktop. Each piece has two sides, put the i-am-sad-side or the i-am-happy-side in front every day and let the people learn, how you feel a day, non-verbal and very efficient.

Let's have another flashback. This series was one of the first in the history of this social art project ARTSURPRISE (2011 - Bochum - Rotunde).

The accompanying text to the series is more relevant than ever. People are increasingly "overnewsed" and "underinformed". They react with denial, ignorance, and rejection. They struggle for their personal peace and hardly notice how much their own actions can contribute to the circumstances being exactly as they are.

Non-verbal communication accounts for more than 80% of all human communication. We often talk about morality and attitude, but attitude is also body posture.

Reflecting on your own body language and the many possibilities of non-verbal communication is liberating and creates space for relaxation and then also for insight.

Anyone who teaches their charges to read this language is a trainer of spies or a father who provides lasting education or a loyal, caring mother.

To date, only very few boxes from this series have been published and delivered. There was a technical reason for this. In 2024, 13 years later, the remaining boxes will now be available to collectors. This is a unique opportunity for art collectors to still be able to get a box from the early first series.
