Call For Art

I am starting a new zine called ART SWEIVER.

The zine will contain reviews of Art documentaries that i have watched, or shows I've attended.

This will be open to anyone who wants to submit a written work reviewing anything pertaining to art. Shows attended, movies watched, books they've read, etc. Anyone included will receive a copy of the zine and be credited for their writing.

This is an ongoing call and zines will be made when enough material is collected to make an issue.

Only guideline is the subject matter, which needs to relate to art in some way. No restrictions on word count.

What does the name mean? Google is giving me an HVAC company, which seems a stretch for art related content. An acronym? Something Wierdly Effervescent In Verdant Ecosystem Roads? Swift Wrongs Ever Incandescent Van Engines Remove? I'll send something, regardless.

Not at all, my hope is to include anything type of reviews that pertain to art. Small little write ups, something more substantial. Anything that is commenting/reviewing art related topics i would be excited to include.

It is not, I can be something published today or something published 100 years ago. Anything pertaining to art that people are consuming. I would prefer English. I would certainly be open to included the original and translated version, as long as the text isn't too long.

Exclusive to full length docos? There are also some very good in-gallery presentations about particular artists and works of art online.

interesting... is it a condition that the texts have not already been published. in which languages are they accepted?
