OK, I'm gonna keep going whether you're all bored of me or not, but I WILL blog everything I received while away....
And here's one from De Villo Sloan, my first from him, and it's a doozy!
A big package chock full of crunchy goodness..Minxus Holism, a "Ripped up collage reject", a Minxus relic record, (girl in bikini looking in the mirror on the other side), a scratchie and some cardboard shreds, my favourite of which has 3 answers-
1. Touch
2. Golden
3. Honey
Wonder what the questions were?
These quietly funny pieces are of course from Nadine Wendell Mojica.
I could (and do) look at these all day long! The bloke in the top left corner had this caption:
"Rodrick tried to impress Visma (sic) with his new gold dancing go-go boots but all she did was laugh and dance away."
And the mail art dropouts also make me smile- "Went back to bar hopping." Not as bad as becoming crack whores Nadine...they'll be back!
Cheryl sent me a divine book as a response to the book I sent to her art book call. It features photographs of some of the pages that I made and it's truly a thoughful and insightful 'answer' to my piece.
Thankyou for all of these works, guys... methinks I should go away more often?!!

Shrunk sheep and magic shoes - both up my street - I have just bought some beaded sheep - I'll show you later X
Ah, to be included with these guys. Excellent. Ridin' with the big dogs. Yes. it's true, crack would screw up their central nervous system so it better be soon that they return. I LOVED that your magic boots danced you away. If I had those on in my twenties I could have avoided my first marriage.
Thankewe De Villo, and I love my Solar Festival disk, although the instructions were a bit scratchy and now all my sheep have shrunk.
I've certainly missed a lot. I like prizes.
Some beauties, here, Viz...hangin' out!
The DVS might be the first..(.and only one)...from him,
so take care and treasure it...rare indeed! :-)
'Love Nadine's characters...and FAB boekie from Cheryl!!! Wow!
Keep bloggin', girl, nothing boring here :-)
I meant "your eye."
& Cheryl, I can't pull the wool over years eyes. Vizma's disk was made especially because she has a sheep ranch.
Thanks for posting my humble offering in such stellar company, Vizma. I'm not worthy.
That's your official Solar Festival disk. (A puking mink. What was I thinking?) You missed the Can YOU Draw the Mink? Contest and a chance at fabulous prizes, but your global trek was much better. Maybe next year.
Thx.
I hope I get a re-answer?? Nadine as always sends beautiful work - she takes such care. AND - I hope you're using dvs's tips on laundering woolens???
ps. I may have posted some pics of Cheryl's book but I don't know how to direct you to them, sorry!
