It is official mail art, as the Artist in Seine noticed, too!
("winter"...waz that?) Due to Global Warming "it" has not appeared in Greece ...yet.

"Winter" usually arrives in Greece by November 1st,
but it went missing so far, and no one is looking for it :-)
