Katerina Nikoltsou is so prolific, and so generous, that she is beyond amazing. Her blue art in the mailbox is always a sight for sore eyes, but this one stole my heart specially and immediately:

Why? I have no idea. The crookedness? The dots? The pick-up sticks feeling even though they look to be in nature? I just love it, and it was love at first sight. Thank you again, very much, Katerina!

More beauts from Katerina to be blogged soon.

That's good, Thom, and Rebecca: yes, it's true. The tape method, Katerina, it shows up in unexpected places. Great idea. You must have applied it artistically, because see what you've been sending ...

Hahahaha...funny Thom! More stiky tapey to you, too!

Rebecca, more "islands" should be arriving? Enjoy the "cool" summer!

Thank you, Nancy! They are like pick-up-sticks...never noticed that.

I used wide tape to "pick up" snips and cut edges of some BLUE cards.

So glad you looove it. More blue on the way to you soon. xxx

My favorite joke to share with my little nephew...

Q: What's brown and sticky?

A: A stick!

Altered for this blog...

Q: What blue and sticky?

A:  Katerina's mail art!
