This arrived for the New Year 2015...lots of KEYS and a bit of pink washi.

At first I thought it might be from Buz Blurr and his "Ford Folly" project...

but it is "Royal Mail" from Emily in the UK...terrific envelope!

And inside , this subtle toned beauty:

flowing asemic writing? or a meaning?

it reads........" hold your horses..."

From Homer (not of the Simpsons!), classic:

In Book 23 of "The Iliad", Homer writes "Hold your horses!" when referring to Antilochus driving like a maniac in a chariot race that Achilles initiates in the funeral games for Patroclus.

"...and collect your lockspur (larkspur)" ????

I see BLUE little flowers, but are said to have  the meaning of "fickleness"?

larkspur2

Definitely are words of wisdom :-)

Thank you, Emily! see you in this New Year 2015!
