Yes, Katerina, you cited the CDS (Circular Date Stamp) applied for this missive partially on the CUBA Olympic commemorative issue (already postmarked decades ago) and the first "2" of the "22" Artistamp combo. Michael Thompson should be impressed by this bogus franking passing muster internationally.

Me thinks there is no real French postage stamp,
and on my plate it seems the La Poste cancel stamping machine was fooled
and stamped an old Cuba postage stamp!
