Incoming: Icaria and Braincell 1144

Was overjoyed and a bit puzzled when this issue of Icaria showed up in my mail box today (forwarded from my old address luckily). Puzzled because there's currently no regular air mail service to Spain (or Italy, or Belgium, or...) from Taiwan so I haven't been able to submit any work to them.
