Many of the IUOMA members are familiar with Christine; many were friends of hers both off and online. For those of you who are new to IUOMA and did not know who she was, she was a member of IUOMA, a believer in Fluxus, and a talented artist and teacher. I have just mailed off my first contribution to Sheryl Penn's collaborative artists book, 27 x 2 pages. I am not 100% sure of the result. It is hard to imagine what it will look like as part of a book. It would have been easier to make single cards.

These very cool buttons came in the mail a few days ago. Thanks very much - these must be very difficult to make as they are less than an inch in diameter!

News from the Moon ... Lex Loeb sends his regards and submits work to the 12-12-12 End of the World Project!

Ryosuke Cohen's Brain Cell project, begun in 1985, is a networked art project where artists create their own work of art with stamps, drawings, or stickers and send them to Cohen, who prints each cell - 150 copies each - and sends them back to each participant. New editions are published every 8 to 10 days.
