Pynchon In Public Day

The first 'Pynchon In Public Day' is planned for 8th May 2011. All ideas are welcome. If you do not know of Pynchon, I suggest reading 'The Crying of Lot 49'. A key part of the plot is W.A.S.T.E., an underground mail network, complete with its own mail boxes, stamps and a sub-culture of those who avoid the 'official' postal service. Examples of invited work includes mail-art that feature muted post horns, W.A.S.T.E. insignia, faux stamps, unofficial postal routes and photographs of people…
