Why I am involved in Mail-Art:: The joy of opening letters and receiving things which have been worked on by others. The closeness of organically shared moments. The pleasure and privilege of somebody's trust, and reciprocating that trust. These things are real, interesting and fun.

i love how you say that mail art is about trust and reciprocating that trust... very true! how we trust our art to the mail system (which can be scary at times) and how we trust the recipient to like and appreciate our art and to reciprocate back. great statement!
