Why I am involved in Mail-Art:
It combines my two favorite hobbies: snail mail, and mixed media art! It's a double gift to receive mail art in the mailbox: the actual mail, and the way it's presented! Snail mail always puts a smile on my face, and it gives me joy to share art in this way with other people.

Earthling: this is probably the last, but certainly not the least welcome message to IUOMA you may receive. I’m a celestial mail artist living in a heavenly corner of the faraway universe called  Republik van Patland. I´d love to be the other end when you decide is the right time to start trading mail art with a celestial being. If this is the case at the time your envelope should read as follows:

The Celestial Scribe

Terrene Embassy

Republik van Patland

Caixa Postal 24827

Curitiba-PR

80510-970

Brazil

I look forward to see a piece of yours in our terrene mailbox. I´ll do the celestial homework as soon as I receive your mail art. This is nothing less than a celestial promise. I’m Patricio, Celestial Scribe & Republik van Patland Official Envelope Provider.
