There is an Enlish saying that 'Somone has a screw loose' -- it means in the head, ie they are (a bit) crazy.

I have made no mention to screws or foot/legs.

The meaning of the message is obvious to anyone who doesn't have a screw loose.

Once again, for about the 400th time, you have completely missed the point of my comment.

Of course I don't want to kill you.

I am well, thank you.

And I have 10 screws/pins in my toe, but I really don't go in for one-upmanship, or one-up-pinship.
