Hello, I have been reading this discussion.  I think it is important to remember that in art boundaries are stretched.  This is an eMail sight, so anything that is published here is, technically, mail art.  In considering that a literary image is visual art by the imagination, a poem counts as fine art, and poets can get M.F.A. degrees in poetics.  With regard to the scans that I have compiled to present an entire Speculative Fiction story called Navigation Problems In Stellar Traffic, originally this book was published to send through the mail either as a gift or as a purchase.  As I remember they cost about five dollars apiece, but the editions were extremely limited in xerox form, perfectly bound, and signed.  Some of these may go for more than that if they can be located.  Certainly they count as mail art because there was an illustration on the cover.  I would be very interested in a discussion of the actual contents of the work.  Thankyou...

there must be something wrong with me because i don't get that either.perhaps i'm marching to a different drum beat; perhaps it's the wrong sort of joint. perhaps i need some different air from the sky (bridge). i still wonder why it's mail art: is it skybridge?

I don't get this series. Is it Mail Art? If not, what's it doing here?
