I googled 'modular stew' and found some interesting things. It looks like the 'modular' part is that the various ingredients can be substituted out, depending on what's available. Which in your case will probably include sriracha sauce.

I remember corresponding with a mailartist many years ago who sent a recipe for "modular stew" which was pretty much vegetarian but also included pears or apples or peaches. I tried it and it was pretty good.

My daughter analyzed the components of this     stuff      and said, "That might not be too bad." My own fault for raising her to have an eclectic, adventuresome palate.
