Comment by Linda French on August 2, 2015 at 7:34pm: Actually, we had been talking about her school's Crazy Hair Day when she was in first grade. I put her hair up in pigtails and put wire in them so they would stand out from her head! We loved reading the Pippi books when the girls were little.

Comment by Linda French on August 2, 2015 at 7:31pm: Birthe, when this arrived my daughter and I had just been talking about Pippi Longstocking and her pigtails. Less than 1/2 hour before, and we haven't spoken of Pippi for years until then. Our eyes got very big. lol Linda
