Ha!
Glad you like it, Grace. I made it for Sharon Silverman's "Voice for the Voiceless." I've done several cards for her call on various subjects. I really liked your green card and thought it would give you a giggle to see another. (By the way, it's one of my favorites.)
I've exchanged lots -- lots -- of mail with people here, but lately have had to cut back on the amount of time I spend on the IUOMA site. I'm pretty sure no one has noticed! lol
I've exchanged with people in several groups, but at first I just sent mailart to people I could see were active on the site. That got me in the swing of how and what folks do here. Right now I'm doing a few ATC swaps. There is an organized 'buddy jam' thing going there, but I just posted a notice of what I have and asked who would want some. I got answers right away, so now I have those 7 mailings to finish up and send. The list of participants is longer than I feel I can manage right now.
There are lots of artists I want to keep in touch with -- so many that I fear I'm spreading myself too thin. But there are so many lovely, charming people in IUOMA that I almost can't help myself! lol!
One of my favorite things has been to review the main photo gallery to see what's up. When I find something interesting I comment. I haven't been doing that for some weeks. I do miss it, but sometimes I flick through without commenting, no matter what I see. I really want to express appreciation for the wonderful art I see on IUOMA, but I had to cut something out, and that's what I decided I have to do.
Linda
Linda I love your green postcard! Especially love the wooden planks with the gorgeous shade of turquoise. Did you make your card for a Green Postcard challenge as I did? Are you in an organized swapping group?
Green is the new green.
