Wow thank you again my genki people! I did not expect such a great response to this piece. And now thanks to your comments I'm even inspired for future new work, great! As Lisa found out, those are name places and their pronunciation, in loose alphabetical order. Dark wall :-)))) laugh. I love the fact that there was a debate after the film!! :-)))

DVS: (paperclips + staples) = staples

Cheryl, I'm embarrassed to say I don't remember who the recipient is. I made several quite similar booklets and took a few photos but can't remember who is who :-)) and now I want to make more! It's a mess :-))

I would *love* to make tape a staple.  Good idea?

And Marie, to add to the list of questions: The paper clips that you seem to be using more and more: Are they now a staple? - Department of Cohesion

I know I'm late to be commenting here and I feel like I'm pointing at a Van Gogh and saying the obvious, great work, but it is fantastic Marie. Curious about the title "Miyaskaki." A reference to the one who created Spirited Away?

Yes, the string for her is staple (as she uses staples too)

Must be a riveting movie if it stars a hamster. She doesn't string along - she entwines :-) X

It's a movie poster. He wants Marie to comment on the plight of the hamsters in her homeland. I thought her work was about drawing lots. There's also a clump of twine. I'm starting to think she's stringing us along here.
