This is Just Mail Art from Ana Garcia. A beautiful large format card painted all over in layers and colors that shout "Spring is here!" My scan does not do it justice. What appear to be a zillion flecks of black pepper are actually bits of glitter that add another surface and dimension to the work. Very nice, Ana, and greatly appreciated.
