Comment by De Villo Sloan on December 31, 2011 at 4:49pm: Hi Val, Chairman M. or Marie Antonette needs to address this. As far as I know, the MinX Fest is very tentative at this point. It's scheduled to conflict with the Chicago Flux Fest. It's a great idea, but I'm not sure how we are going to get all these people to France. Even "The Russian" has fled Alsace to winter in, well, Russia. I think we all look forward to a statement from Marie.

If this happening is in Alsace-Lorraine (and if it is I hope that it is with the approval of MonsieurAlsace & Madamme Lorraine) then I'd like to perform at the European Parliament in Strasbourg. Once upon a time I was an EU lobbyist who visited the EP each month, and it would be nice to go back and, well, get some sort of revenge for all the hours of dull committee and plenary meetings and discussions with pig-ignorant MEPs and reading of absolutely meaningless documents and conversations with boring fonctionnaires I suffered once upon a time; Val
