Saved! I'll take a load of scraps and cards and make 3-scrappers--almost forgot--there are several sketchbooks full of them here but it has been a while since. Nancy, I have to admit I love almost every little thing you blog here - am I rather uncritical? Nooooo! I just adore your way of painting, and layering (word?), and combining colours. So be assured there's one huge fan here. Have a good time away! (The Cappuccino and Art Journal just sent a newsletter about mail-arting while abroad, people with tiny suitcases with paper, glue, colours, stamps in it... funny).

Thanks to you too, Svenja. It's very helpful, when the works feel fragmented to me (not sure that's the right word--maybe inconsistent), to learn what speaks to fellow artists and what doesn't so much. There seemed to be a mood disorder in the studio last night, haha! The opinions of both of you mean a lot to me. (p.s. Tomorrow we go away for three days and what does one do for IUOMA + studio withdrawal. Answer: Sweat it out, but oh no!)
