Looks to me like a tribute to Ray Johnson. He did a lot of pieces about Elvis Presley. That's a b&w publicity shot that was made when Elvis joined the army. Elvis was "The King" (of cheesy); that's for sure. Elvis made an endless string of bad movies, including "Viva Las Vegas!" They were known for having all these starlets who looked like Playboy Bunnies. The pics on the right look like a Playboy Bunny with the ears. One of the big things with Johnson's New York Correspondance School was "How to draw a Bunny" (rabbit). So I think it's a play on words.
