Celebrating The Rubberstamp Vending Machines & Dictionaries All In One

Someone gave me a bunch of rotting old reference books a while back I couldn't bear going to a landfill so I've been trying to do at least 5 pieces per week using dictionary and thesaurus pages as if they were archival stock. The main image in this piece is a cut-up out of my very favorite book about mail art, Michael Crane's Correspondence Art: A Source Book for the Eternal Network-which features that wonder of our magically futuristic readymade age the vending machine in a cleverly crafted xerox art piece by (I can't find the name of the artist-sorry! I'll get on that!). Anyways, to top it off I had bought all these empty postage stamp rubber stamp frames to make artiststamps with but have instead been enjoying the patterns they make: LONG LIVE THE POSTAGE STAMP & RUBBERSTAMP ART!
