Marcel Mauss: philosopher of Christmas Gift Guilt

Black Friday is the Friday following Thanksgiving Day in the United States, often regarded as the beginning of the Christmas shopping season; it is a great opportunity to experience primitive, compulsory capitalism.

The wild animals gather. Here in Texas there are the vultures, who live in a tree around the corner. The deer show up on the lawn at night, and sometimes even in the early hours of the morning. Hopefully they will learn about fast-moving cars. AND THERE ARE SKUNKS: lots of them if people leave out cat food. It's mall alright. Shopping 24-7.

Yes. There's the Mall, and the Coyote, and that is friendly land gifting. And there are now abandoned malls. Or maybe that is part of the process of a culture giving itself a start in the direction of local sales outlets. Or perhaps it would be better to spend more, and make a better gift for the future: feed the coyote! Don't make it suffer? Urban coyotes are something of a survival miracle in parts of the U.S. They are more skilled than wild dogs. And they are a gift to newsrooms looking for an interesting, evening story line.

When Marx heard that American workers were calling for "A dollar a day, hamburger, and the Chinese must go," he urged his follower to change their slogan to "Abolish the credit system."

"Workers of the world unite! You have nothing to lose but your credit cards!"

Nice Stamp!

Our first love is the definition of capitalism: philosophy.

Money is all about Idealism, and that’s what philosophy does: provide Bitcoin@spellbinding.com

It would help if economists\philosophers started with all exchanges and not even on the playing field of desire
