Congrats on your 40th issue and especially sharing ZMAG. On the topic of Photostatic, there's an issue of Retrofuturism that's all about Plagiarism and Copyright that's a fun read. Predrag recently started up an interesting thread about Copyright, and this issue is relevant... It all started with the Xerox machine or maybe those medieval copy scribes...  https://psrf.detritus.net/volume/6/p31.html

oh botheration, I hate it when ive typed out a long response and then my computer has a hissyfit and drops connection.
anyway the short version is, theres two different sizes of the perforation punch, also theres a circular perforator too. if these items interest you and they aren't currently lists, contact the seller, hes good with communications and will renew the sales lists for you. my gadget is currently flying somewhere between Ukraine and the uk

Looks good...
Bit pricey for the size...will think about it.

The metal one from India is heavy and yes the shipping could be crazy expensive. This isn't something I'd be using everyday so, a small hobby sized one might be the answer.

Heather, this looks really good!  I didn't buy it yet, but it's in my cart.  I'm seriously thinking about this.  Please let us know how you like it when you receive yours.

I mentioned this in the artistamps group but I’ll also mention it here. I found a craftsman seller on Etsy that builds perforation punch machines see here Look what I found on Etsy:

I ordered one and am currently waiting for it to arrive

Perforation envy!!! Find them! I want one, toooooo!!!

It's possible one could turn up on ebay.  At least we know they exist for less than an arm and a leg.  This shows there's hope.  If indiamart can sell them then they are probably other places too.

It's a treasure hunt!
