SKELETON EYE--VISUAL POETRY CLOSE TO THE BONE
Cover of a new boo I am making, words in English and Russian. Dedicated to my great friend editor, translato and poet, and to two other friends and great poets Dmitri Babenko and Edward Kulemin. (All three are in a visual poetry anthology I curated for the UK site opened.com) also TO THE GREAT NUMBER OF Russian POETS I HAVE BEEN READING SINCE I discovered Mayakovsky at age 15. I hope my friends will join me in this project. I want to especially thank the brilliant essayist and author of ZAUM the Trans-rational poetry of Russian Futurism, Dr, Gerald Janecek and The Visual Language of Russian Poetry. Russian Poetry is like a beloved with whom I live now for decades. I want to say Thank You via this book and I hope my friend to join with me.
