Mail art call or Event?

Hi phenom IUOMA folks! I've got an idea for a mail art show to inspire my incoming group of senior high-school students this fall. Do I post this as an event? Or a project? I'm just not quite clear as to how to best communicate my idea and call for art on this site. Thank you in advance for your help! Best wishes, Edamameg
