I never (well, rarely) buy materials except for glue and  paint, etc. There seems to be an abundance of stuff lying around if you keep an eye out for it. A friend of mine is currently cleaning out his late grandmother's house and OMG... Over the years I've accumulated a good collection of imagery and typography, and will post some of the resulting pieces here. A lot of times in my pieces the older material is mixed in with new stuff so the overall tone isn't necessarily vintage. But I think the combinations can be interesting. Glad I found this group.

Our local library prints out postcards pertaining to local history...And they’re free! The postcards don’t qualify as vintage, but the subjects do!
