21 Day Project

Hello everyone,

I am very new to the mail art community, actually I have wanted to get involved for a long time but it was an interest that was always put on the backburner...

Well, I now have a project for a class about creative processes that may be the perfect way to jump in.  The project is called the 21 day.  Basically, the idea is that we must do something for 21 days and the final result will be a response to that project.  It's very open as far as what I do for 21 days and as far as what my final project will be.  Right now, I am still in the brainstorming stages, but I am really interested in sending out mail art for 21 days.  I would like to send out a piece to a different person each day, and I am hoping the people that I mail art to will mail something back.  I have no size requirements and at this moment I feel pretty open to someone mailing something back that is completely a different work or adding to my work and keeping it going back and forth. 

An even more intensive hope I have is that if anyone want to join me in the 21 day commitment and then after the 21 days respond to that with me, I would be excited about that.  This project is really about the process, not the end results, so part of this process is connecting with people and communicating thoughts and ideas.

If anyone is interested or wants more info, please let me know.  I will probably be getting back to people with more specific info within the next week or two after I hash out a few things with my professor.

Also, if people on here know others that might want to participate in some way that would be great.

I am hoping that besides actually working on this project that I will make some connections with people and be able to get more involved in the community.
