Comment by Maxie Eulig yesterday: That’s at least about 3000 times faster than a garden snail and if the disc had rolled by itself, it would have made over 2.7 million rotations to arrive. all in all good to know! ;)

(6 days for more or less 1300km, that makes around 9 km/h: very slow mail... Ten times slower than an ostrich [wikipedia says]
