There are already two Artistamp Groups as follows:

ArtiStamps Creators created by Ruud Janssen on 27 NOV 2008

and

YAH! Artistamp Heroes! created by Heleen de Vaan on 14 JAN 2014.

What is the purpose or mission of the new group, "artistamp"?
