What Up With The Mail Art Gods?

I'm having the weirdest experience trying to send this piece to Suzlee Irbrahim in Malaysia. I have attempted to send this twice using a total of 3 stamps each time and they keep cancelling my stamps.It's damn well over=postage, but they keep sending it back!!!! The mail art Gods are apparently not wanting me to send this. I did use the "Deceased Return To sender" stamp on it but since when is the PO paying that much attention? I guess it evens out for all the times I get uncancelled stamps. Not sure if I should try a third time or just give up. Sorry Suzlee-it was the thought that counted!

It was originally invented to make monkeys that could create mail-art and do domestic chores. A new strain of TOXIS is believed to be infecting the mail-art network.
