The cancellation stamp was not too clear, so couldn't say where or when.

The postal service placed a "tape" for the machine to place a barcode,

but there was none there either:

could it have come from your trip in 2013, Dean???? :-0

Happy it landed in Greece.   That was a long balloon ride indeed.  Nearly had to cut off my ear for the balloon to land.
