I make my own envelopes from anything I can find magazines, flyers and leaflets. If I get more time I often decorate them.

This is was a few days ago and feels like more of crafter's style with eclectic and touch of distress. In saying this I haven't received a richly decorated envelope from crafters. I find that Mail artist have abstract, minimalist style yet full of meaning. I'm currently into Tim Holtz's distressing techniques and keep buying his Distress and idea-ology range I have enough crafter materials as it is.

Beautiful envelope! I agree I think that alot of mail artists approach artwork very differently from crafters. But it's fun to see what everyone makes!
