It's an image of Eugenio Dittborn's Dust Clouds, Airmail Painting No 99, 1992 (Photograph Nathan Keay), paintings on paper that were folded up and mailed. It accompanies an article by Nadja Sajev that talks about Direct Message: Art Language and Power, an exhibition showing at the Museum of Contemporary of At in Chicago (link to text)
