Especially in South Africa hardly anyone (relatively speaking) has a computer. But private delivery services are already stepping into the breach. Our post office is a mess through mismanagement, but a top dog has been appointed to fix it ( together with a couple of other paralegals, like our electricity supplier,Escom). Our post is being delivered and sent reliably now though. It's a joke here that every time there is a problem with something it's a 'western,colonial thing'. Our president has said some amazing stuff and keeps his spin doctors on their toes. He once said a vote for his political party is a vote for Jesus!
