Dost Mr H pine for the motherland? Nope -- haven't lived there for 33 years, but go back quite often for some of the good things that it has to offer like (warm to Americans) beer in pubs, Cathedrals, fish and chips, the worst football team in the world, Machin postage stamps, car boot sales, local rock/blues bands, and, most importantly, my dear old Mum.
