Received from Diane Keys, USA--Branch of the Facial Nerve

Diane works with various paper scraps individually like puzzle pieces until they connect and merge as a whole, and the finished composition becomes quite remarkable. The anatomical references and the colors of this particular piece give the impression of an abstract biology lesson--very nice.

Lesley, I second that. This is a particularly nice DK collage. This is meant in a positive way: For me, looking at this is like looking in the face of unadulterated chaos. I can't imagine there is one formal rule that has been applied. It seems to be pure instinct. Because I like this so much, I can only offer that I hope DK can keep this up without becoming self-conscious and trying to create "art." This definitely fits one definition of anti-art - there are several.

I love this collaged piece, the layers, textures, paint, text all combine to make up a very successful work. Well done Diane and thankyou Bifidus for sharing with us.
