Received from De Villo Sloan, USA--Dear Cheryl, tell Bruno I Have Lived Many Years Without Windows Watching Daily

Once again De Villo asks me to break down any visualized filters set by my brain that gives form to a preconception of meaning. It's always a trip to interact with his asemic writing and share the beauty (in this case represented by the female figure) of script, symbol, glyph, and cipher. The nod to the language of chemistry is brilliant. I am intrigued by the bold blue line--a boundary to what lies beneath? Stunning work, regardless, that communicates the layered systems of ideas in beautiful, subdued colors.

Hey folks, thanks for your comments on this special piece I did for Bifidus. Your comments are thought-provoking indeed. IUOMA folks sure have a way of adding valuable insights into the work of others. I wish I had thought of half of this ideas. And you still remember the Blue Tape series all this time!

Seriously now:

Kline Blue tape, nice !...originally a Karen Champlin? Or a Sir Sloan idea?

The BLUE on Karen's envelopes always puts me in a calm-Greek-Blue-Sea mood!

Don't you think Cheryl, the figure in De Villo's work has lived many years without windows? Klein tape. I like that, Helen.
