She came....with the glory of ZALOP! And the aroma of distant oil paintings and masterpieces.

ZALOP! My postal gal didn't want to give me the mail...she asked to have the stamps! Not! Sorry, but the South African fishies are mine, all mine. Well, I opened the envelope and "allowed" her to see the contents:

WOW! MONA LISA!

It is a boekie, ok, it's a four-fold A4 masterpiece...unfold the first half, on the right:

...flip to the other side, to the left:

and then one opens the fold to reveal the full  MONA LISA  IN FLUX!

Here we are faced with a masterpiece, and the sweet aroma of linseed oil from the paint.

The question on the flip side: is it an original? Or is it "un ? original"

Definition given:

and Cheryl makes her statement:

and she asks:

State your view.

Is it an original...or...un original?

It is FAB! Thank you, Cheryl. xxx

And now to think about it ;-)

I am completely stumped by this moaning piece. I keep looking at yours over and over.  There is no way that I can see to fit Mona and Trash in the same sentence, much less paper:) Thanks Cheryl-you guys have really helped make this a special day

Oh, those are the first moaners that pop up on the blogs. I can't wait to get mine, they look great!

(I forgot to "state my view" in my envelope back, will do that at some point)

Hello - thank you for the great blog MomKat :-) - you'll send me a moaner back? She has to be the most tried, tested and altered image  of all time - I don't think there are many artists who have not had a go at this in one or another form.  Glad you got yours DK - last time, happy birthday - its LATE here :-) XX

Kat-hope you don't mind me hijacking your blog, but I received this from Cheryl yesterday. The Mona Lisa theme will be very hard for me, as I rarely follow a theme but it will be a fun challenge. These pieces are so lush!
