Matisse and Meral in Istanbul

This artful envelope from Meral, with artistamps,

and "panther",

contained an original "altered" Matisse:BLUE Nude :-)

That is fine red felt attached...very dynamic!

Also, recently , Meral organized a mail art exhibit

and she sent a list of participants...

"Greece" is "Yunanistan" in Turkish :-)

Land of the Yuni...or Ioanians as they were known during the Ottoman Empire.
