You would expect Jam in a jar like this, but Marie takes it one step further.

Marie uses pieces often constructed from the discards of  contemporary Japanese culture which are incorporated into the construct
in order to be perceived in a formistic way yet retaining the recognizable original character as well.

Thank you Marie, we know you are out there somewhere.  The barcodes on the right of the 103 are very touching.  They made me cry.

Now that jar seals for holding sugar or rice, etc.
